    Looks great. The more I see you use that Woodland Scenics product, the more I think I’ll give it a try when the time comes.

    One thing I think I’m beginning to notice is the more watery the batch, the lighter in color is dries.

    You can see in the second photo at the bottom right, this batch come out a more liquid-y than usual, and it dried to an almost white color. Same for the area at the left side too. So I’ll probably go over it with a thin layer of another batch to get a better color.

    But so far I’m still liking it. Just need to make sure I keep the measurements consistent from now on. No more eyeballing the water :)

    So the fact that I have discarded steel measuring cups from a lab I used to work in might be . . . overkill?

    Hah. I need to start using one for measuring the water.

    I’ve just been using a 1-cup measuring cup for the WS material.
